A day introducing the concept, benefits and practice of mindfulness (book multiple days to facilitate access across the business).
Bespoke Mindfulness Sessions
Design your own 2-hour sessions focused on what's most relevant to your organisation e.g. Mindful Leadership, Communicating Mindfully, Becoming Comfortable with Discomfort, Finding Stillness, Creating Your Own Mindful State, Letting Go (of stuck points, of your day…)
Drop in sessions
