Caroline is the founder and Managing Director of ROM. She is an experienced organisational strategist, working at Board level to assist companies in achieving aims and business growth. In addition to her business consultancy, she is an experienced and creative Trainer, Executive Mentor and Coach, has a Certificate in Clean Language, Certificates in Counselling and Therapeutic Counselling and is an NLP Master Practitioner. Caroline designs and delivers powerful tailored management training and coaching. Her specialist skills include identifying where individuals become 'stuck' at either an organisational or personal level and working with them at a behavioural and psychological level to find solutions and develop new skills and behaviour. Caroline's vision for ROM, means the company has developed into a well-respected organisation recognised for its quality business and people development. She has a clear vision with regard to business solutions, and has an innate ability to motivate, support and inspire others to achieve goals.

As a Director of ROM, Steve passionately leads Business Development strategy and implementation for clients. With significant knowledge across diverse sectors, Steve works with Directors and senior managers in strategically identifying decision makers and developing key relationships and profitable sales opportunities and appointments within the target markets. With many years of experience and NLP qualifications, Steve is able to assist Directors in realising the possibilities within themselves and their organisation. He has experience in providing consultancy and business development for clients on an International scale.
Hilary Harker
Hilary is the Finance Manager at ROM. She handles invoicing, assists with FSA compliance and company insurances, and all of our accounts procedures and needs. Hilary provides invaluable support to the Directors.
